Linkin Park promise a surprise for fans in Sao Paulo
08.05.2008When they step on stage in the Morumbi stadium, on Saturday night in Sao Paulo, Linkin Park will end their two year Meteora album tour. “We are not tired. We will give 110% of our energy to our brazilian fans”, guaranteed Mike Shinoda in an interview given on Friday morning.
Those who are still waiting for the chance to see the band in Brazil needs to hurry. The tickets are selling fast. The organisers said that less than 10% of the tickets are still available, but the floor tickets are already sold out.
Even this being the last show for Linkin Park, the band didn't want to reveal any surprise. "We're gonna rock, the kids will love the show", Chester said.
Linkin Park will play at the Chimera Musica Festival in Sao Paulo which starts from September 11 to 18. The show at the Morumbi stadium will start around 7 pm. The opening act will be Charlie Brown Jr.
Linkin Park rockers buy jewelry in Sao Paulo
In town for their concert in Sao Paulo this Saturday, Mike Shinoda and Chester Bennington took their wives shopping for jewelry. They visited the H.Stern stores in Sao Paulo and the ladies got enchanted by the "Carlinhos Brown" collection and bought some. Being the gentlemen they are, the guys paid the bill.
